A minimum deposit of the cost of the first night's stay is required to confirm a reservation. The balance of the rental is payable on arrival. A security deposit or credit card imprint is required during the stay.
In the event of a cancellation, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee: -
Less than 48 hours prior to day of arrival, the client will forfeit the deposit;
Less than 2 weeks, the deposit may be used within one year;
More than two weeks, a full refund will be given or a gift voucher issued.
Apartments not claimed by 8.00pm on the night of arrival, will be re-let without further reference excepting where prior advice has been given.
Rooms are available from 3.00pm on the day of arrival and are to be vacated by 11.00am on the morning of departure.
Please inform us if you require ground floor and/or wheelchair accessible rooms at the time of booking. All rooms are non smoking.
The number of persons stated on the reservation form must not be exceeded without the management's prior permission. Failure to do so may void your booking.
Covered by basic charges are: Electricity and gas, duvets, pillows and bed linen, also kitchen equipment.
The apartment and its contents must be left in a clean and tidy condition. An additional charge for cleaning may be incurred.
All damages or breakages must be reported and paid for. Any missing items will be charged for.
The Occupants must not be the cause of annoyance or to be a disturbance by way of noise or otherwise to other Occupants.
Staff of the motel may visit the apartment when required.
