A brief summary on business for the month
Accommodation sales show an increase of 46%. Bedspace occupancy increased by 1 percentage point and room occupancy increased by 13 percentage points.
Almost 800 bednights were processed by staff: 45% of guests were from within Northern Ireland, 17% from England and 9% from Ireland.
21% of guest had stayed with us previously, 17% booked Online, 15% were generated from personal recommendations and 38% came from people passing by.
40% of business this month came from the Corporate sector, mainly due to the large construction projects underway in Enniskillen and the surrounding area.
Leisure accounted for the remaining 60%.
Average room price fell by 1% but the average bed price rose by 21%.
6% of guests completed a customer comment card, the results of which, were NO dissatisfied guest during the month. The majority of guests stayed because of the accessibilty to the town centre and they rated the check-in and reception staff as excellent. Most people had a light breakfast using the mini kitchen.
Finally we received almost 100,00 web hits and more than 4,500 unique users.
